We regard this as one of the ways we can help to reinforce their sense of worthiness and identity.Īctivities of the day included medical outreach, first aid application, singing, dancing, games, distribution of relief materials, eating and drinking. We create an environment and ambiance that fostered their creative expression, delightful engagement and innate enthusiasm. The children were massively engaged in the outreach program as they were made to feel seen, wanted, cherished, loved and heard. Themed “Kill Malaria”, it was an opportunity to enlighten the community in general on the deadly effects of the malaria parasite and how to prevent it. This year’s Children’s Day was celebrated with the people in Igbaro Village, Apetere Community. As 27 th May has been officially earmarked to celebrate these jewels, DSIgate went all in to Igbaro Community to engage and rejoice with these bundles of wonders. ![]() Children are celebrated everyday as they make life much more fun and exciting.
